“I’ve been loving Consider the Lilys for a while. I pick up their cookies and cupcakes when I’m at Naturally Soergels. I decided I wanted to order their cookie decorating kit for the boys for the holidays. I made my order, and realized I was probably too late (or cutting it super close) for the cookies to ship and be here before when I was planning to bake our other cookies. I emailed and asked about pick up at their kitchen, and made a plan to make the trip to New Castle. This isn’t a terrible drive, but it’s far. Luckily, I have a husband and kids who didn’t mind a “cookie road trip.” Anyhow, Friday morning I woke up to an email from Stephanie (one of the owners), asking if it would be more convenient if she met me somewhere on McKnight Road (since she’d be driving down here for something else) that evening.
