Ordering Process

WE SHIP ON WEDNESDAYS! You can select your shipping date preference from the drop tab when you place your order (all items in your cart must have same ship date. If several are selected, we will ship all items on the earliest date). You will receive email notification when your cookies ship.

We do 1-3 day priority shipping, but once the package is at the post office, it is out of our control. Some shipments take longer due to postal delays. Our advice is always order early and freeze.

All of our cookies are free of gluten, soy, peanut, tree nut, dairy, egg, and sesame. Our baked goods are made to order from scratch and hand-decorated in a dedicated facility. (Please see “our kitchen” page for more details)

ORDERING PROCESS

Due to the nature and size of our business (we are a SMALL business and only one sister is the decorator), we can only ship orders on Wednesdays. We cannot guarantee shipments will arrive by a specific date. If you NEED the shipment by a specific date, please order in advance and freeze the cookies upon arrival. We would rather you order early!

*The cost of shipping and handling for our cookies in the continental United States is $12.

***We do not offer discounts on bulk orders***

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

* We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.  

*  We do accept cancellations made one week prior to customer’s ship date. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at Stephanie@considerthelilys.com. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than a week prior to ship date

*We take great care when packaging our cookies for shipping and have test-shipped many boxes across our nation!! However, please remember, cookies are delicate and we cannot guarantee they will not break once shipped.  For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, for once the cookies leave our kitchen, it is out of our hands and we cannot control how they are handled in transit.  However, please contact us if you are unsatisfied with the condition of your cookies.

All of our cookies are hand decorated, so no two cookies are exactly alike.  Design and colors may vary slightly from cookie to cookie, and because they are handcrafted, cookies may vary slightly from photographs.   Each cookie is individually bagged and heat-sealed to ensure freshness. We sell our cookies in dozen quantities (we do not offer discounts on bulk orders).

LOCAL CUSTOMERS!!!

We are not a storefront!! All of our products are made to order. Order online and email us at Stephanie@considerthelilys.com to coordinate a pick up date at our New Castle kitchen (decorated sugar cookies can be picked up Wednesday - Saturday). We are closed Sundays, so weekend orders can be picked up on Fridays or on Saturday morning from 8:30am-10am.
